One of the world's largest FM companies are currently looking to recruit a Building Services Engineer with an electrical bias on a large static site in the heart of Reading. On site you will be responsible for all reactive maintenance as well as PPM's and general building maintenance.
Responsibilities
* Ensure all PPM is carried out to all electrical and mechanical plant in accordance with schedules and asset list
* Ensure that reactive tasks throughout the building are completed in orderly fashion
* Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in order at all times
* Making sure all shift logs are kept at all times
* Awareness and compliance to the contractual KPIs/SLAs
* Adhering to health & safety/COVID-19 guidelines are met at all times
* Supervising and monitoring sub-contractors on site
* Any other tasks as directed by management team
Qualifications
* Qualified to NVQ level 3 in either Building Services/Electrical/Mechanical engineering
* 18th edition (desirable)
* Proactive and a can-do attitude
* Experienced within an FM background
* Experienced in a fast paced environment
