Facilities Coordinator – FM Contract (CAFM & Compliance Focus)
Looking for a proactive and organised Facilities Coordinator to join a busy FM team supporting a multi-site contract. This is a key role focused on keeping our CAFM system running smoothly, ensuring compliance, and supporting service delivery to meet contractual standards.
What You’ll Do:

Manage reactive and planned tasks via CAFM with full audit trail tracking
*
Support statutory compliance and upload PPM evidence for audit
*
Monitor service performance and help mitigate potential failures
*
Coordinate contractor approvals, purchase orders, and stock levels
*
Assist with vehicle checks, SHEQ reports, and admin support
*
Work closely with management to keep things running efficiently
What You’ll Need:

Experience in facilities/helpdesk/CAFM roles

Confident communicator with strong admin and IT skills

Detail-oriented, reliable, and keen to learn contract standards

Able to juggle tasks and stay calm under pressure
