Overview
Creative Support is seeking a Female Senior Support Worker to join its Supported Living Services in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. You’ll work alongside the Team Leader to coordinate support, promote independence, and ensure tenants are valued members of their community.

Role Overview
The Senior Support Worker will lead and develop the team to deliver outcome-focused care. You’ll ensure tenants receive personal, practical, emotional, and social support, while assisting Team Leaders and the Registered Manager in maintaining the highest standards of care.

Eligibility Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ experience providing care and support to individuals with complex needs
* Compassionate, motivated, diligent, and empathetic
* Warm, well‑organised, and conscientious
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work flexibly on a rota basis
* Must be located in and eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship available under UKVI scheme; Skilled Worker Visas not accepted)
