As an apprentice within RDaSH you will be given the opportunity to gain experience, learn work-related skills and obtain all the tools needed to thrive. An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. Around 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying. This leads to a nationally recognised qualification. Advert Provide a senior confidential, quality administrative service to an identified branch of services within the Care Group. To communicate effectively, accurately and professionally, applying discretion and empathy where necessary, with written, telephone and face to face contact, with patients, service users, visitors, other Trust staff and external agencies. · Have an understanding/knowledge and be able to work towards the KPI’s and targets set by the commissioner. · Provide and receive routine information to work colleagues and clients.
