Location: Combermere Barracks, Windsor SL4 3DN. Hourly Rate: £14.50 (£28,372 annually). Full-time: 37.5 hours per week, Mon – Fri (occasional weekends & late evenings). Shifts: 9:00 – 17:00. Job Ref: 634632.

What you’ll do:
* Oversee the smooth running of the Mess, managing your team and ensuring top‑notch service for members and military personnel.
* Organise and deliver hospitality functions and formal dinners.
* Handle reception duties, cash management, and company paperwork.
* Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues effectively.
What we’re looking for:
* UK residency for the past 3 years and eligibility to work in the UK (security checks required).
* Previous supervisory experience preferred.
* Financial awareness and ability to manage budgets.
* Computer literacy and strong organisational skills.
* Positive attitude, composed under pressure and empathetic to customers.
