HOURS: 8:30 - 5:00, Monday to Friday
START: ASAP
SALARY: Up to £30, DOE
LOCATION: CentralSouthampton
The role:
1. Responsible for all medical administration and compliance
2. Logging attendance
3. Updating the in-house system with medical certificates
4. Booking appointments and travel
5. Ordering medical equipment
6. Processing PO numbers and tracking spend on Excel
7. Preparing compliance for audits
What You'll Bring:
8. Previous administration experience
9. Experience working within a compliance or medical setting
10. Proactive attitude with a passion for helping others
11. Confident Microsoft office skills
12. Highly organised and able to prioritise a busy workload
