We’re partnering with an innovative international product-led business looking for an experienced After Sales Support Executive to join their UK Operations team.
This is far more than a standard customer service role. You’ll play a key part in the customer journey — managing product support, coordinating warranty repairs, building relationships with service partners, and helping deliver an outstanding customer experience across multiple brands.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting customers with after-sales queries and product resolutions
* Managing warranty repairs, collections, and service requests
* Building strong relationships with dealers, service centres, and stakeholders
* Investigating product returns and supporting operational improvementsWorking collaboratively across operations and support teams
* Supporting projects and continuous improvement initiatives
* Occasional travel to customer sites across the UK
What we’re looking for:
* Experience within a manufacturing, product-based, or technical environment
* Strong customer support or sales support experience
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* CRM experience and strong Microsoft Office skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
