About the role
Working variable shifts 8am – 8pm, any 5 of 7, as the Customer Interaction Specialist you will be providing professional and efficient customer sales and service. The role will involve assisting in daily operations in all passenger departure and arrival procedures.
You will be responsible for:
* Making reservations and handling enquiries.
* Fulfilling customer requirements first contact resolution of customers and clients queries, requests, orders and complaints.
* Meet performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales, and quality.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and involvement in networks
