A leading global organisation within the energy sector is seeking an enthusiastic HSE Coordinator to join its team in Westhill, Aberdeen on a permanent staff basis. This is a replacement role following an internal move, offering an excellent opportunity to develop within a supportive and structured environment. This is a primarily office-based role, with limited travel, but includes opportunities for site visits to support learning and development. The organisation also offers flexibility with hybrid working available.

The position comes with a structured training plan, covering a core set of standard modules and the chance to tailor further development to individual interests and career goals. The focus is on both technical skills and personal growth, with encouragement to engage in hands-on experiences, including site visits and offshore exposure, to enhance learning.

Core Responsibilities:

* Supporting vessel operations and execution activities.
* Assisting with data consolidation, particularly supporting the Admin Coordinator and Environmental Lead.
* Contributing to technical administration, including report writing and documentation.
* Developing and reviewing HSE documentation.
* Providing day-to-day support to the HSE Department.
* Assisting in internal and supplier audits.
* Supporting vessel and operational activities under guidance.
* Building knowledge of quality, health, safety, and environmental legislation, directives, standards and practices.
* Providing HSE support to ensure effective implementation of company policies and requirements.
* Supporting the HSE Team in progressing towards targets and objectives.
* Assisting in reviewing and updating company HSE system documentation, ensuring compliance with legislation, HSES Policy, ISM Code, ISO 14001 and corporate standards.

Training & Development:

* Structuring training plan with standard modules and scope to pursue tailored development.
* Opportunities for site visits and offshore exposure to reinforce learning.
* Clear progression pathway, supported by mentoring and competency development.

Essential Requirements:

* A good foundation of education, ideally HND level or equivalent technical/practical experience.
* Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
* Previous experience of Quality, Environmental or Safety Management Systems and Procedures (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISM Code, Health and Safety at Work Act 1974).
* Experience supporting operational teams or workforce.

Desirable:

* Technical training or nationally recognised qualifications in occupational health and safety or environmental management.
* Experience in an operational or safety-based capacity, particularly within site or marine environments.
