T-Nutrition is the UK's largest independent sports nutrition retailer, operating both online (t-) and through physical retail stores. We ship approximately 30,000 e-commerce orders per year and operate across two sites either side of the River Mersey in Birkenehad, Wirral and Liverpool.
We are a fast-growing, hands-on, entrepreneurial business that is now moving into a more structured and professional phase of growth. To support this, we are looking to recruit a Warehouse & E-Commerce Fulfilment Assistant to join our team at our Wirral Headquarters.
The Role
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys logistics, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced but organised environment.
This role would suit someone with experience as a Warehouse Assistant, Fulfilment Operative, Picker/Packer, or E-Commerce Warehouse Operative.
Key responsibilities include:
* Picking, packing, labelling and dispatching e-commerce orders via Royal Mail
* Processing approximately 50–140 orders per person per day with accuracy and efficiency
* Handling courier claims (approximately 1% of orders annually – around 300 claims per year)
* Goods-in processing from suppliers, including palletised deliveries
* Perform all inbound and outbound goods handling, including assisting in loading and unloading deliveries
* Accurately record deliveries, dispatches, and stock movements using Shopify as our EPOS and inventory management system (experience preferred, but full training is provided)
* Conduct monthly stocktakes, investigate and resolve any stock discrepancies
* Full inventory management for Online orders (t-) & Stock transfers to our Liverpool retail store
* Transferring stock to the Liverpool store every Monday and Friday using a company van
* Customer service via email and phone, including order queries and issue resolution.
* Serving walk-in customers at the warehouse and handling cash sales
* End-of-day till cashing-up
* Keep the warehouse clean and well-presented, and maintain a tidy and organised pick & pack area.
* Manual handling of stock, including use of pallet pump trucks (no forklift licence required)
In general, supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including managing inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring the efficient handling of goods.
What We're Looking For
Prior Warehouse, customer service, e-commerce, operations roles or fulfilment experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. We are primarily looking for the right attitude and work ethic.
You must:
* Hold a full UK driving licence
* Be punctual and reliable (this is essential)
* Be trustworthy and comfortable handling stock and cash
* Be able to handle manual work
* Have strong attention to detail and good logistical & organisational thinking
* Enjoy proactively problem-solving and using initiative
* Capable of working independently and as part of a team
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Take pride in maintaining high standards of organisation and cleanliness
* Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
* Have a desire to learn and grow and be proud to achieve together.
Knowledge of sports nutrition is advantageous but not essential.
