You will be working for a wholesale business based in Kenilworth. They are looking for someone who has a professional approach and is looking to further their career in a finance and office administration environment.
Your new role
The role involves a variety of responsibilities, including credit control, general administrative duties, and the proactive chasing of aged debt and overdue balances. The successful candidate will liaise regularly with internalmercial colleagues and customers, distribute customer statements, and conduct credit checks for potential clients. Additionally, maintaining internal spreadsheets with up-to-date and accurate information is a key part of the role.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need basic knowledge of Excel, great written and verbalmunication skills and have good time management.
Finance/ credit experience is advantageous.
What you'll get in return
For this role, you will receive a permanent contract alongside an annual salary of £25,000 - £26,000 DOE. There is also an annual bonus, bringing total remuneration to circa £27,000. Working hours are Mon-Fri on site from 08:30–17:00.
