We are seeking a skilled and reliablePlumber to join our facilities management team, working on various, well-maintained commercial sites in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified plumber looking for a stable, mobile role with limited travelling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on all plumbing systems
* Respond promptly to reactive maintenance issues
* Diagnose and repair faults across water systems, drainage, and sanitary fittings
* Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with health & safety standards
* Liaise with site management and other maintenance engineers
* Maintain accurate records of work completed
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
* Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities management environment

* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Good understanding of health & safety regulations
* Ability to work independently on a static site
Desirable:
* Experience working within commercial buildings
* Basic knowledge of other building services (e.g., HVAC, electrical)
