Fitch Learning is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager, based in our London office at 55 Mark Lane, for an Associate Director‑level position overseeing client relationships across Europe. In this role, you will drive engagement, retention, and growth through strategic account management and the collaborative delivery of tailored learning solutions.


About The Team

The purpose of this role is to manage an existing, defined portfolio of strategic client accounts across Europe and grow these through developing strong relationships with client contacts across the organization. You will work with your clients to understand their needs and, working with our subject‑matter experts, design solutions to address these needs. In doing so, you will achieve or exceed an agreed revenue target and seek out new business opportunities with new logo clients across Europe.


How You’ll Make An Impact

* Manage your portfolio of clients through strategic analysis, relationship building and gaining internal referrals.
* Understand the markets, products and operating environment that our clients work in, to support the design of learning and development solutions that add value to our clients.
* Convert opportunities into booked business through sales excellence; leverage our internal resources to write and develop best‑in‑class proposals; pitch persuasively.
* Manage data and information closely and accurately, using our Salesforce system to record and track account developments.
* Produce regular revenue forecasts built from your pipeline, justifying and explaining these clearly.
* Hand projects over to the relevant operational team to deliver and manage, once the projects have been commercially secured and contracts negotiated, whilst retaining escalation and commercial oversight.


You May Be a Good Fit If

* You have a strong background in sales and relationship management within a solution‑sales environment.
* You have experience working in, or selling to, Financial Services and/or selling learning solutions.
* You have a history of working towards and achieving revenue targets.
* You can understand client strategy and build effective business and action plans.
* You have excellent communication skills and a consultative selling approach.

* Fluency in French, German, or Spanish.
* Proven track record in retaining and building a portfolio of business.
