One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Workforce Planning Specialist / Manager.

You will be responsible for and executing the enterprise-wide skills strategy to ensure my client has the capabilities required to deliver its long-term strategic goals. This role leads the development of a future-focused skills framework, oversees skills assessments, and partners with HR, business leaders, and learning teams to close critical skills gaps across the workforce through effective workforce planning.
Experience:
Leading implementions of Strategic Workforce Planning / SWP
both BAU and Project
Enterprise wide experience
across all departments
Skills based Talent Management
approaches /
creation and rollout of competency frameworks and skills taxonomies.
Mapping current and future skills needs, identifying gaps, and developing targeted interventions (e.g., upskilling, reskilling, recruitment).
Advanced skills in workforce analytics, scenario modelling, and using data to inform talent decisions.
