Overview Direct, manage, plan and administer Project and Release activities to support PGT Deployment plans Responsibilities Planning release windows and the overall release lifecycle Managing risks that may affect release scope Communicating all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements Measuring and monitoring progress Ensuring releases are delivered within budget and requirements Managing relationships and coordinating projects between different teams Handling the delivery management procedures from conceptualization to production, maintaining budget requirements and adherence to timetables Oversee execution of multiple Projects and coordinate/manage dependencies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems and/or equivalent work experience 3 - 7 years of experience managing cross-functional and end-to-end IT business processes. 3 - 7 years of expertise in Release Management 3-7 years of experience managing ITSM processes 3-7 years working as technology delivery lead applying agile and waterfall methodologies. preferred: 5 years of Project and/or IT management, including SAP Release Management and/or Change Management functions. Proven experience in SAP release management, with an understanding of SAP Solution Manager, CHARM, Related SAP systems and modules Familiarity with ITIL practices and change management principles. Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and agile practices. Certification in SAP release management or related fields is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy Advanced proficiency in analytical, organizational, project management, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
