We are looking for a Caretaker Supervisor to supervise, lead, and motivate a team of Caretakers. The goal is to promote a professional, customer-focused support service across the University estate. Caretaker duties include cleaning, portering, minor maintenance, and unlicensed security activities throughout the University, including the Halls of Residence.
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for allocating and monitoring work, conducting audits, and ensuring effective staffing and operation of the department. You will serve as the first point of contact for staff HR issues, including conducting Return to Work Interviews and addressing performance concerns before escalating them to the coordinator.

1. AM shift: 06:30 - 15:34
2. PM shift: 13:20 - 22:00
