We are recruiting an Employer Solutions Assistant Manager based out of London, Bristol, Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh, or Preston. The role involves supporting clients with share scheme and incentive structuring, tax advice, and implementation support, with significant client contact and support to senior colleagues.
You’ll make an impact by:
* Meeting with clients to discuss their business and incentive needs, designing employee incentive schemes.
* Motivating your team to ensure efficient reward spend.
* Providing advice on tax treatment of share plans during implementation and transactions.
* Implementing share plan structures and preparing legal documentation.
* Advising on share valuation for tax purposes.
* Collaborating with international colleagues on global share incentive structures.

Ideal candidate qualities include:
* Experience in Share Plans / Reward teams at reputable firms.
* Relevant professional qualifications (ATT, CTA, ACA, Solicitor).
* Client handling and project management experience.
* High-quality work for demanding clients.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
