Job description
Role and Responsibilities · Use specialised polishing and grinding equipment to carry out refurbishment of watch cases and bracelets, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards. · Operate and maintain equipment according to company and health and safety (HS) requirements. · Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all to company and health and safety (HS) requirements. · Meet individual performance targets and department service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring productivity and efficiency. · Maintain clear, professional communication with colleagues, supervisors, and managers to ensure smooth workflow and prompt resolution of any issues. · Continuously develop skills and knowledge related to product releases or developments. · Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, techniques, and best practices, fostering a cooperative and supportive working environment. · Support other areas of the workshop as required, including some product cleaning duties relating to the polishing processes.

Professional requirements
Desirable Skills and Experience · An interest in horology/watchmaking with long-term ambitions to develop a career. · Experience in a customer centric environment. · Worked in a production environment. Desirable Qualifications · Formal polishing qualification (i.e. WOSTEP). · Other watch or jewellery polishing courses. · Minimum of 5 GCSE A-C including English and Maths
