Civils CAD Technician - Croydon Civils CAD Technician Croydon Hybrid Working Available We are looking for a skilled Civils CAD Technician to join a growing consultancy in Croydon. This permanent role offers the chance to work on a variety of civil, structural, and geotechnical projects, producing high-quality 2D and 3D drawings while collaborating with engineers and project teams. Key Responsibilities Produce accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models across multiple civil engineering disciplines. Work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure designs are effectively translated into technical drawings. Update and modify drawings based on team feedback. Maintain organised CAD files, ensuring compliance with company procedures. Support junior technicians and contribute to training and development. Ensure all work meets company and industry standards, including quality and safety requirements. Requirements Diploma or certification in CAD Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience as a CAD Technician in a civil engineering consultancy. Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit, and awareness of BIM standards/ISO 19650 workflows. Strong understanding of civil engineering design principles and attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork skills; able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Why Join?
