The Opportunity
As an Online Threat Intelligence Senior Analyst, you will support our IT Security, counter fraud, and risk management teams in identifying online threats to our customers and operational businesses. You will ensure we are well-informed of emerging threats and actively implement proactive countermeasures to mitigate risk.
The Online Threat Intelligence Senior Analyst will join the Customers Security and Resilience Team, supporting our Business Information Security Officer and Counter Fraud Team. Your role will involve gathering, analyzing, and communicating threats and security risks to our customers and Business Units. You'll collaborate with technical and customer support teams to improve our security posture, assist in incidents and investigations, and deliver strategic threat intelligence and trend analysis reports to senior stakeholders and executives.

What you'll be doing
* Conducting and evaluating open-source research on online fraud and cybersecurity topics.
* Tracking financially motivated adversaries and identifying shifts in tradecraft, tooling, target scope, and motivation.
* Contributing to intelligence analysis and assessments, providing reports to senior stakeholders and internal customers.
* Collaborating with technical teams to provide actionable intelligence during investigations.
* Advising product and engineering teams on cybersecurity threats and mitigation strategies.
* Supporting threat hunters in identifying indicators of compromise (IOCs) and developing searches based on threat actor Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
Who you are
Success in this role depends on technical skills and the behaviors you demonstrate, including:
* Being motivated, organized, and engaged
* Having a eagerness to learn and discover actionable information supporting business outcomes
* Experience in research and producing concise, informative briefs and documentation
* Familiarity with cyber threat intelligence tools, datasets, and analytical techniques
* Certifications in OSINT (e.g., SANS SEC487, SEC587, CRTIA)
* Awareness of laws surrounding data capture, threat intelligence, and ethical considerations in providing accurate threat intelligence
* Being an effective, enthusiastic team player
