Overview
Internal Account Manager — £27,000 - £28,000 (salary dependent on experience). Location: Crosshills, Bradford. Hours: 9-5, Monday to Friday. Hybrid one day a week after successful probation. Office based. 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service up to 25 days. Pension contribution, fun days and daily office incentives.
Responsibilities
* Act as one of the main contacts for some national key accounts, advising on projects and product services.
* Manage existing client key projects throughout the UK and maximise business through excellent delivery of customer service and account management.
* liaise with Artworks teams for sign-off with clients and manage critical production paths through to completion.
* Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and diarise calls, ensuring all needs are met and orders are tracked.
* Manage design and quotations of orders for production teams.
* Update internal systems and process customer project orders, including quotations, invoices, and lead times.
* Maintain accurate customer records and handle existing customer enquiries as part of general account management.
Requirements / Ideal Candidate
* Pro-active, well-organised individual with strong relationship-building skills.
* Experience in sales or account management, preferably in a busy services environment.
* Excellent telephone manner and able to maintain a high level of customer service under pressure.
