You’ll be the Quantity Surveyor making sure these one-of-a-kind builds stay financially sharp from start to finish. You’ll work closely with the Head of Commercial, helping to price up new projects, manage valuations, oversee cost plans, and keep everything in check through to final account. You’ll be in the office in Farnham a few days a week, with regular visits to some stunning sites across Surrey and nearby — and once you're bedded in, there's flexibility to work from home too.
