Essential criteria
1. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across MDT
2. Strong leadership and motivational abilities, supporting and coordinating staff through change
3. Proven ability to work both in leading and as part of a team.
Desirable criteria
4. Experience in service improvement, policy change, and resource management, including stock control and supervision of staff.
5. Knowledge of latest developments in AECU/SDEC
Education/Qualifications
Essential criteria
6. Registered Nurse on NMC register
7. Degree or Diploma in nursing
8. Evidence of on-going professional development
Desirable criteria
9. Teaching Course
10. Course in caring for acutely unwell and deteriorating patients
11. Appraisal Training
Knowledge and experience
Essential criteria
12. Specialist knowledge of a wide range of clinical procedures related to Medical SDEC/Ambulatory Care
13. Skilled in risk assessment, prioritisation, and time management, able to work independently while recognising own limitations and seeking support appropriately.
14. Strong understanding of Clinical Governance, current clinical practice, professional nursing issues, and resource management.

15. More than 5 years experience in Medical SDEC
16. Experience in working in Emergency Care
