Draft and review key conveyancing documentation. Conduct title checks and Land Registry searches. Liaise with clients, estate agents, and solicitors. Prepare reports on title and mortgage documents. Handle exchange and completion procedures efficiently. Maintain accurate and compliant case records. Deliver a high level of client care. Assist senior solicitors and team members. Requirements Proven experience in residential conveyancing within a law practice. Ability to manage a substantial caseload under supervision.
