What You’ll Be Doing
1. Plan and deliver high-quality teaching that inspires and engages pupils
2. Teach individuals and small groups, adapting learning to meet diverse and complex needs
3. Deliver the curriculum through creative, engaging and practical learning experiences
4. Monitor, assess and report on pupil progress and achievement
5. Contribute to the School Development Plan and continuous improvement
6. Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
7. Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that promotes confidence and independence
8. Develop and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs), behaviour plans and other key documents
9. Take responsibility for subject areas and contribute to curriculum development
10. Create meaningful learning moments that pupils remember long after the lesson ends
About You

You are someone who:
11. Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
12. Works collaboratively and contributes positively to school life
13. Is passionate about delivering inclusive, high-quality education across a range of learning pathways
14. Can build strong relationships and inspire pupils to succeed
15. Is organised, reflective and committed to continuous improvement
16. Has a strong belief that every pupil can succeed
17. Demonstrates a proactive, resilient approach and strong commitment to safeguarding
18. Holds a full UK driving licence (essential)
