Production Operatives
We are looking for dedicated Production Operatives to join our team at the Bridge of Allan site. This is a permanent position, working 48 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.
We operate with a variety of shift patterns.
Early shift 06:00 - 16:00, 07:00 - 17:00, 7:30 - 17:30
Day shift 08:00 - 18:00, 09:30 - 19:30
Back shift 12:00 - 22:00, 15:00 - 01:00
Job Overview:
* Final packing of products onto cages or pallets
* Operating the shrink wrapper
* Ensuring correct pallet layout
* Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
* Meeting production targets
Requirements:
* Manual work
We are interested in individuals who thrive in a fast-paced food production environment, possess excellent manual dexterity, and have strong communication skills. While previous production experience is preferred, it is not essential.

Rate : £12.21 per hour
Attendance bonus: £100 monthly
