We’re looking for a dynamic Financial Services Growth Director to significantly expand our client's UK consulting practice. This is a high-impact, senior market-facing role where you will be empowered to drive sustainable growth, elevate the brand, and close significant deals.
What You'll Do
* Drive Growth: Lead the development and expansion of our UK Financial Services consulting practice.
* Generate Business: Act as a Market Maker, identifying prospects, generating leads, and securing major deals.
* Build Influence: Serve as a Senior Ambassador and Networker, building high-value relationships and enhancing our reputation across the UK FS sector (events, online, and associations).
* Develop Strategy: Apply your deep market understanding to create and drive impactful propositions and sales campaigns.
What You'll Bring
* Proven Consulting Experience: Strong background in a major consultancy (e.g., Big 4, McKinsey, BCG, Sapient) with a track record of new client acquisition within UK Financial Services.
* Active Network: A current, active network, particularly with C-suite/decision-makers in IT and digital transformation within the FS sector.
* Sales Discipline: Demonstrated ability to build sales pipelines, convert opportunities, and thrive under sales targets.
* Sector Expertise: Deep understanding of FS needs and challenges (Banking, Insurance, or Wealth/Asset Management focus is a plus), with an interest in technology and implementation.
* Complex Sales Skills: Expertise in consultative selling of management consulting services.
