Legal Cashier / Accounts Assistant
Location: Swansea, Morriston
TSR Legal are proud to be working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Swansea, who are now seeking a Legal Cashier / Accounts Assistant to join their busy and friendly accounts team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with Solicitors Accounts experience or a background in accounting or finance who is looking to develop their career within the legal sector.
The Role
* Processing entries into the firm’s accounts system
* Liaising with lawyers and other departments to ensure accurate financial transactions
* Managing client payments for invoices and resolving related queries
* Reconciling supplier statements and maintaining accurate records
* Supporting colleagues within the accounts team and providing cover during absences
The Candidate
* Previous experience within a legal cashiering or finance role is highly desirable
* Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules is advantageous but not essential
* Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
* Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
