The Role We’re looking for an IBM Sales Specialist to join our team in Harrogate. You’ll manage quotations for IBM solutions, support existing and new accounts, and collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver best-in-class service. If you’re a strong communicator, organized, and eager to learn, this could be the start —especially if you’re coming from a customer service, sales or retail background and want to step into tech.
What You’ll Do
* Manage and coordinate IBM requests for quote from our partner
* Collaborate across sales, supply chain, and finance teams
* Analyze product data and pricing using internal tools
* Support field sales with strategy and customer engagement
* Track quotes, communicate updates, and finalize submissions
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication and customer service skills (retail/hospitality background welcome!)
* Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with digital tools
* Eager to learn and build a career in tech and sales
* Bonus: experience in quoting, sales support, or working with IT products
