An exciting opportunity has arisen! Are you the kind of person who thrives on challenge, adapts in an instant, and brings clarity and confidence to complex care environments?

Do you have the agility to travel across regions and the resilience to adapt to changing priorities?

Are you looking for a role where no two days are the same, and your expertise is truly valued?

If you're ready to be the driving force behind quality and compliance in homes that support adults with learning disabilities, this may be the role for you.

As a charity, we are committed to ensuring the people we support have the very best support and live their best lives. We are investing in an Operational Support Partner to provide hands-on tactical support to our Registered Managers.

Your Role

As an Operational Support Partner, you'll be the trusted right hand to our Registered Managers, stepping into services that need expert guidance, a fresh perspective, and a steady presence. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with teams in supported living and residential settings, ensuring every home is safe, compliant, and truly person-centred.

This is a mobile, high-impact role. You'll be deployed where you're needed most, from Oxfordshire to Devon, across to Kent and East Sussex. Whether it's supporting a turnaround, preparing for inspection, or simply being an extra pair of eyes, you'll be there, making a difference.

Your Responsibilities

* Partner with local managers to elevate quality and compliance across all aspects of service delivery
* Conduct audits, reviews, and hands-on support to ensure homes meet and exceed CQC standards
* Champion person-centred care, ensuring the people we support are at the heart of every decision
* Respond swiftly to emerging needs, shifting direction with confidence and purpose
* Provide clear, actionable feedback and help embed sustainable improvements

Your Expertise

* Proven experience in turnaround or operational support within adult social care, ideally learning disabilities at a senior level
* Deep knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice in supported living and residential care
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to travel extensively and adapt quickly to changing priorities
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

What you can look forward to

* Be part of a values-driven organisation that puts people first
* Make a tangible impact across multiple services
* Enjoy autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to shape outcomes
* Receive mileage reimbursement and travel support
* Access ongoing professional development and career growth
