Assistant Site Leader | This is not a caretakers or premises role | Burton on Trent (DE11) | Salary £32,841 - £35,907 Annually | Start Date ASAP About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Assistant Site Leader to work closely with the Head of School, providing operational and educational leadership across the site. This is not a caretaking or premises role. Instead, the postholder will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of education, ensuring smooth running of timetables, staff deployment, pupil induction, and safeguarding processes. The role is paid over 43 weeks per year, reflecting the responsibility for working slightly longer days when required. This may include earlier starts to manage staff absence, or later finishes to address safeguarding matters, timetable adjustments, or urgent operational needs. You do not need to be teacher trained to apply.
