As a multi skilled Bodyshop Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and refinishing damaged vehicles to the highest standards using the latest equipment and techniques.
The importance of this role is paramount to Sandal, as being one of the largest privately owned BMW Centres in the area, our aim is to deliver a premium service. Sandal Wakefield is part of the Sandal Group, being the largest distributor of BMW, MINI & BMWi vehicles in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
7. Repairing and refinishing damaged vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
8. Removing and replacing damaged parts in line with manufacturer repair methods
9. Sanding, masking, and preparing surfaces for painting.
10. Mixing and applying paint to achieve a perfect match and finish.
11. Ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and within the agreed timeframe.
12. Communicating effectively with colleagues to provide updates on repair progress and any issues that may arise.
Qualifications and Experience:
13. Completion of a recognised automotive repair program or equivalent experience.
14. At least 2 years of experience in a bodyshop environment and with knowledge of the latest repair techniques and equipment.
15. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
16. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
