We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Nursery Assistant to join an early years team on a temporary, ongoing basis. A good school with an outstanding Early Years curriculum, strong teaching, and a caring, inclusive ethos that supports pupil progress and wellbeing. Safeguarding meets all requirements, with improved staff training since the last inspection. This is a full-time role, with hours varying between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, depending on rota and nursery needs. Duties as a Nursery Assistant: Support children’s learning and development through engaging and age-appropriate activities. Assist in creating a safe, caring, and stimulating environment. Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality early years care. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and carers. Ensure all safeguarding, health, and safety policies are followed at all times. Ideal Nursery Assistant: Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education. Previous experience working within a nursery or early years environment. A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach to working with children as a Nursery Assistant.
