Job Purpose include but are not limited to:
* Install broadband and TV services
* Resolve broadband faults
* Optimize speed in our customer's premises on behalf of our clients including TalkTalk and BT
* Provide installation, repair, and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony, and related services
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Complete all work to the required quality standards as applied by Qube, in line with best working practices and client requirements
* Educate customers on the services installed, ensuring all services operate to the customer’s satisfaction
* Work efficiently while maintaining a clean environment and high customer satisfaction
* Respond professionally and effectively to all customer requests and inquiries
* Continuously develop your professional abilities through timely completion of training requirements
* Comply with company fleet policy
* Follow current health and safety regulations aligned with H&S handbook, Toolbox Talks, etc.
* Ensure safe operation of tools
* Ensure work activities comply with environmental regulations
* Adhere to Circet UK Data Protection Policies and relevant legislation
