Join to apply for the Therapies Clerical Officer role at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication and organisational skills to join our Therapy Administration Team. You will be based at Westmorland General Hospital and may occasionally travel to other sites when needed.
Join our team of experienced administrative and clerical staff. You will use your communication skills when working with patients, relatives and staff, with a positive approach to service improvement. Responsibilities include supporting appointments and general office duties within the department.
Responsibilities
* Book appointments and support out-patient clinics.
* Maintain departmental records using the clinical electronic record system.
* Provide reception support: welcome patients and visitors to the Physiotherapy Department and assist with administrative tasks related to appointments.
* Perform general office duties in support of the Therapy Administration Team.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work as part of an integrated support team and contribute to service improvement.
* Positive and proactive approach to duties and patient care.
Location and Travel
Based at Westmorland General Hospital; may occasionally travel to other sites within the trust as required.
Working Hours
Available Monday – Friday 09:00 – 15:00.
