Our PMO Transport & Utilities Bristol team is expanding its Controls community. We seek passionate, ambitious candidates across all professional levels who will support early careers, grow into leadership roles, and contribute to our communities of practice, embodying our values, especially 'Bringing out the best in Everyone'. With regional growth and new major programmes, projects, and clients, we are looking for flexible, mobile Planning, Scheduling, Performance Reporting, and Risk Management professionals to serve our local region. Travel within Bristol & the Southwest may be required.

You will work within our Project Controls team on high-profile infrastructure projects, providing performance reporting and analysis. Responsibilities include developing work breakdown structures, establishing progress and cost monitoring methods, producing control reports, and offering performance insights. Experience in infrastructure project controls, including Energy, Defence, Rail, Airports, Highways, Water/Utilities sectors, is required, along with skills in Programme Controls Management, Earned Value (EVM), Change & Risk Management, Planning, or PMO.
Qualifications include a relevant degree with experience in project control environments, familiarity with controls software such as Primavera P6, Power BI, Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently and in teams. Strong communication, time management, technical schedule construction skills, and schedule monitoring capabilities are essential.
