The Role
As a Support Worker, youll:
* Promote independence, confidence, and daily living skills
* Provide emotional reassurance and consistent support
* Respond positively to challenging behaviour
* Help maintain safe, supportive, and welcoming environments
Person Specification
Were looking for people with solid experience in social care, including:
* Children and young peoples services (Support Worker, Teaching Assistant, etc.)
* Adult services such as learning disability support or homeless hostels
Youll also bring:
* A calm and compassionate approach to challenging behaviours
* A proactive, reliable, and organised mindset
* Availability to commit to regular weekly work (20+ hours minimum)
* A driving licence (preferred due to some remote locations)
