Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the NPD team in keeping products on critical path timelines.
2. Collaborate across departments and with external customers to ensure alignment.
3. Implement and maintain product development documentation and processes.
4. Write cooking and reheating instructions, and complete product attribute documentation.
5. Conduct organoleptic and shelf-life testing to validate product performance.
6. Participate in taste panels, benchmarking sessions, and product quality reviews.
7. Prepare samples for presentations and manage air freight logistics.
8. Maintain a clean, well-stocked development kitchen and manage raw material orders.
9. Ensure timely completion of reports and administrative tasks.
