About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated AI Launchpad Associate (Data Analyst) to join our AI Launchpad Scheme — a graduate-style programme designed to develop future AI professionals. In this placement, you’ll gain hands-on experience analysing, visualising, and interpreting data to support AI transformation projects in the public sector.
Working within our Delivery team, you’ll play an active role in generating insights, producing business intelligence reports, and shaping data stories that showcase the impact of our AI solutions. You’ll be supported by mentors, Scheme Leads, and colleagues across the business while building the skills needed to thrive in a fast-growing AI company.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse and visualise product and solution data to support decision-making
* Generate business intelligence and actionable insights into solution performance
* Suggest and implement improvements in data logging, reporting, and visualisation
* Produce data stories and case studies to support Marketing and Customer Success
* Review client datasets to support AI Transformation Assessments
* Participate in Discovery and Design sessions to capture and document data requirements
* Triage and resolve service tickets related to data issues or requests
* Investigate and trial new AI tools for data analysis, visualisation, and business intelligence
Required Skills and Experience
* Strong interest in AI, particularly Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
* Curiosity and adaptability with a willingness to learn quickly
* Clear communication and teamwork skills
* Analytical and problem-solving mindset
* Relevant degree (e.g. Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent practical experience
* Familiarity with data analysis or visualisation tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar) desirable
