The Role
* Lead commercial and cost-management activities across a major civil engineering package.
* Take ownership of valuations, forecasting, and reporting to ensure financial accuracy and performance.
* Manage subcontract procurement and administration, including variations, change control and final accounts.
* Provide commercial advice to project and delivery teams, ensuring compliance with contract terms.
* Support value engineering, risk management and cost-saving initiatives.
* Mentor junior surveyors and contribute to the ongoing development of commercial best practice.
