About the Role

As a recruitment partner, we are looking for a visionary architect with deep technical knowledge and experience to shape and drive the architecture of D365 Customer Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the architectural design and strategy for D365 CE, solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust, high-performance architectural solutions.
* Oversee the implementation of D365 CE architecture, ensuring integration with omnichannel capabilities, case management, and customer service automation.
* Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices in customization, system integration, and solution deployment.
* Conduct architectural reviews and provide guidance on optimizing existing D365 CE systems to meet evolving business needs.
* Mentor and support internal teams on architectural methodologies, best practices, and system design principles.
* Drive innovation in customer engagement by identifying and implementing emerging technologies and features within the D365 ecosystem.
Required Skills and Experience
* 5+ years of experience working with D365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex architectures.
* Strong background in solution design, data integration, and cloud architecture within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
* Experience working in an architect role on end-to-end D365 CE implementation projects.
* Ability to provide technical leadership, collaborating across technical and business teams to deliver optimal solutions.
* Strong communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.
