Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of dynamic, engaging campaigns across email, events, direct mail, social media and content.
* Help launch new propositions and product features that enhance customer experience and drive commercial performance.
* Build and optimise customer journeys across the member lifecycle – from onboarding to retention.
* Create and improve email communications to boost engagement and support our digital ambitions.
* Encourage adoption of our digital products, including the My Bupa app and Blua digital healthcare.
* Support the delivery of renewal, win‑back and reinstatement campaigns for our sales teams.
* Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring all communications are clear, fair and compliant.
* Manage marketing assets and ensure all activity meets financial promotions standards.
* Work closely with sales, product, service and the wider marketing teams to bring campaigns to life.

Skills & Experience
* Degree‑level education or equivalent
* Understanding of customer touchpoints and the marketing mix
* Experience writing briefs and working with agencies
* Strong analytical skills and ability to measure campaign performance
* Excellent planning, communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience marketing to consumers or small businesses is a plus
* Healthcare marketing experience is beneficial but not essential
