About Zelt:

Why this role:
This is a rare chance to sell a high-impact, technically ambitious product in one of the largest software markets globally. You’ll play a pivotal role in growing our footprint. You’ll join at an inflection point: the product is strong, we’re gaining serious traction in the market, and the commercial engine is being built to match.

You’ll own the entire sales cycle, supported by a proprietary algorithmic lead generation engine we’ve built, and work directly with the CEO to define how Zelt sells at scale.

Your role:
You’ll be the face of Zelt for some of our most strategic prospects. From first contact to final signature, you'll own it all, with autonomy, speed, and a highly supportive team behind you.

You’ll work closely with the CEO, Product, and Growth teams to refine messaging, iterate sales playbooks, and break into new verticals. This role is built for a strong closer who thrives on momentum and wants to build more than just pipeline.

You understand what makes outreach land, from subject lines to tone and timing, and can break down what a great cold sequence looks like. Your approach is structured, thoughtful, and data-aware.

Your tasks:
Respond to inbound demand and qualify strategic leads
Generate new opportunities using our CRM and lead engine
Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
Collaborate with Product and Growth to refine GTM strategy
Track pipeline performance and report to CEO directly

Requirements:
Experience in mid-market or enterprise SaaS sales (ACV $50k+)
Proven ability to close deals independently and hit targets
Clear, confident communication and storytelling ability
Hands-on CRM usage and pipeline management
You’ve owned deals end-to-end, from hunting to closing, and bring discipline to every stage
You're actively investing in your skills — through books, courses, mentors, or self-reflection
A structured, self-motivated mindset — you know where your calendar is going each week, and why
