We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admin/Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with a proven ability to manage projects effectively. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills to enhance our online presence and drive engagement across various platforms. Organisational skills are important as are accuracy and interpersonal skills, dealing with customers (online), following up on orders, liasing with the warehouse and general company admin. Support the director in efficiently running the business
Duties
* Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
* Manage SEO efforts to optimise website content and improve search engine rankings.
* Oversee project management for marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives.
* Create engaging content for various channels, including social media, email marketing, and website copy.
* Utilise Adobe Photoshop for graphic design tasks related to marketing materials.
* Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is current and relevant.
* Execute Google Ads campaigns, monitoring performance and adjusting strategies as needed.
* Conduct analysis using Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
* Manage social media accounts, developing a consistent voice and engaging with followers.
* Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with B2B partners to develop targeted marketing initiatives that drive sales growth.
* Demonstrate leadership by guiding junior team members in their professional development.
Requirements
* Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
* Proficiency in SEO techniques and tools, as well as Google Ads management.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for creating visual content.
* Experience with Shopify for website management.
* Excellent analytical skills for interpreting data from Google Analytics and other sources.
* Strong copywriting abilities for crafting compelling marketing messages.
* Proficient in social media management across various platforms.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Knowledge of B2B marketing principles is advantageous.
* Exceptional time management and organisational skills are essential.
