As a Senior, you’ll play an integral part of the leadership team in store – coaching and guiding the team and supporting your manager with day-to-day operations.

You’ll be a key member of your team, deputising and overseeing the store in the absence of the Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring both your team and customers feel valued. What you’ll do:
* Bring enthusiasm and motivation to the shop floor
* Provide technical knowledge and recommend suitable products
* Create a welcoming environment for customers
* Maintain store standards when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent
* Show how you’ve met or exceeded sales targets and deadlines
* Experience in serving and delighting retail customers
* Possess leadership skills for guidance and mentorship
* Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment
* Knowledge of the telecoms sector
