Both new build and refurbishment. They are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a £60m residential new build in Basingstoke. Their ideal candidate will have: * A minimum of 10 years quantity surveying experience gained with main contractors or tier 1 developers. * Construction project experience - ideally residential or commercial. * Excellent communication and management skills. * Degree or diploma qualified in a related discipline - ideal.
