The Opportunity
We are seeking an Electrically Biased Building Services Engineer with essential mechanical knowledge to join a specialist engineering organisation operating in one of London’s newest, state-of-the-art buildings. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge plant and systems in a prestigious development while contributing to operational excellence.
You will work on an alternating shift pattern:
Week 1: 07:00 – 16:00
Week 2: 10:00 – 19:00
In this role, you will maintain electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and safety across all operations.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant.
Maintain critical systems, including:
Combined Heat & Power (CHP)
Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
Diesel Generators
Chillers
Advanced Air Systems
BMU Units
Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the building within a high-performing, professional team.
