* Supporting children through play-based learning
* Helping with feeding, toileting, and personal care when required
* Setting up safe and stimulating learning environments
* Observing and recording children's development
* Encouraging social interaction and early communication skills
What you'll need to succeed* A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.* Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* A patient, caring, and creative approach to working with children.* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.Why choose Hays?
