The ideal candidate will be able to take full ownership of our e-commerce operations and contribute to the strategic evolution of our digital presence as our physical retail continues to expand.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and monitor daily orders, deliveries, and manage issues around returns and refundsManage inventory across platforms and coordinate with warehousing to ensure availabilityMaintain product listings and optimise content for conversionProvide timely and effective customer service across digital channelsMonitor customer feedback and help implement service improvementsAnalyse sales performance and platform data, identifying opportunities for growthExecute digital promotions, ensuring accuracy and campaign effectivenessCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align online efforts with retail operationsRequired Skills & Qualifications2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, ideally within retail or consumer goodsStrong understanding of major e-commerce platforms and digital marketing practicesBachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing or related fieldHigh proficiency in Excel/data analysisStrong communication skills and customer-first mindsetMultitasker, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressureDesirablePrevious experience in collectible toys, pop culture, or lifestyle brandsFamiliarity with UK/European e-commerce ecosystemsExperience with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)Job Type: PermanentPay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
