Pebbles Care has an exciting opportunity for you to collaborate with our established team and become an integral part of our children's lives. Your role may vary each working day across a small cluster of homes, with various shift patterns to support holiday or training cover. Our unique cluster roles allow you to enhance your development and enrich your experience by offering varied work and the opportunity to work across diverse teams.
Responsibilities
* Deliver daily home life, including driving children to and from school, appointments and visits (a full UK manual driving licence is essential).
* Teach valuable life skills such as meal preparation and household chores while creating lasting memories through engaging activities, outings and holidays.
* Provide support tailored to the young person’s needs, either one-to-one or two-to-one, across multiple locations within a cluster of homes.
What We Offer You
* Salary of £34,719.00 to £36,248.00 per annum, pro rata for part-time roles, depending on experience.
* Cluster full-time roles operate on a rota pattern of one day on (24 hours, including sleepover) and two days off (48 hours). Your rota may be subject to change and you will be notified in advance.
* Average weekly working hours of 45 per week.
* 5.6 weeks annual leave per annum (pro‑rata for part‑time contracts).
* 100% funding for your Level 3 SVQ / NVQ qualification in Residential Child Care.

Desirable Qualities
* Up to 12 months experience working with children or young adults (more than 12 months may qualify for grade two or three salaries).
* Working towards or a desire to obtain SCQF Level 7 or Level 3 Diploma relevant to the residential workforce (funding may be available).
* Familiar with the Codes of Practice set out by regulatory bodies.
* Existing PVG / DBS certificate.
